How we handle claim information, documents and personal data.
Information we collect
Information you provide through claim submission and portfolio upload: organization and contact details, claim and case identifiers, property information, amounts, and supporting documents you choose to upload. We also collect standard technical information (such as browser and usage data) needed to operate the site.
How we use information
Submitted information is used to evaluate and underwrite claims, communicate with you about a submission or transaction, conduct verification and legal review, document and close transactions, and maintain records required for our business and legal obligations. We do not sell your information.
Confidentiality of claim materials
Claim submissions and supporting documents are treated as confidential business information and are accessed only by personnel involved in evaluation, underwriting, legal review, closing and administration of the related transaction.
Data sharing
We may share information with service providers who operate parts of our platform under confidentiality obligations, with counsel, title and verification providers as needed to evaluate a transaction, and where required by law, court order or governmental authority. We do not share private claimant information across unrelated businesses or platforms without appropriate authority or consent.
Data security
We apply access controls so that claim materials are available only to authorized personnel, and we maintain audit records of material actions taken on claims, documents, offers and transactions within our systems. Transmission of data over the internet is never completely secure; submission is at your own risk, and sensitive materials may be provided through alternative channels on request.
Data retention
We retain submission and transaction records for as long as needed to evaluate and administer transactions, meet legal and regulatory obligations, resolve disputes and enforce agreements. Information related to declined or withdrawn submissions may be retained for recordkeeping and compliance purposes.
Your choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information you have provided, subject to legal and recordkeeping requirements, by contacting us. You may withdraw a submission at any time before executing transaction documents.
Changes to this statement
We may update this statement from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated revision date.
This page describes practices as currently implemented. It does not assert any third-party security certification. Questions about security or privacy may be directed through the claim submission contact channels.
